He is a notable Alumni of the Australian Graduate School of Management and was named in Business Review Weekly’s inaugural list of Australia’s Fastest growing and innovative start-ups (HotMagna) in 2005.
Henry’s approach to technology commercialisation blends the practical application of R&D with business acumen and commercial strategy. He is a hands-on business builder and operator, driven by a strong entrepreneurial streak. Henry’s commitment to transforming complex technologies and concepts into positive returns for shareholders and stakeholders is underpinned by many years of experience in commercialising a range of software products. Henry is a listed inventor for four global technology related patents.
Through his work at WSP Environment & Energy, Henry is building the WSP Digital team to converge on software products that enable customers around the world to exceed environmental compliance, achieve a sustainable future, and meet community expectations. From regulatory tracking tools for the global electronics sector, through to web-based carbon calculators and sustainable design tools for brand-owners, Henry and the WSP Digital team are devoted to connecting business sustainability, environmental quality and commercial success. Henry has worked and lived in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China.
John Cameron has over 13 years experience marketing, designing and implementing user-friendly online systems. He co-manages WSP Digital’s technology team, driving business and front-end software development of our leading regulatory tracking, sustainability and risk management products and mobile solutions. His expertise helps WSP market and deliver, engaging, cutting-edge, online and mobile applications to industry, government and consumer sectors. John’s technical specialities include software project design, analysis and management, user interface design, business development, product and business-line management, AJAX/Web 2.0 and iPhone app design.
Evan Davey is a Technology Specialist focused on the development of cutting edge technologies for mobile and web-based platforms. With a background in communication and training, Evan has developed and implemented enterprise systems for organisations including Telstra, AMP, CGU and Austrade. Evan is one of Australia’s leading iPhone developers and manages WSP Digital’s iPhone development team, having creating top selling applications including Fairfax Radio News, Australia’s Number One selling iPhone News Application.
John Gertsakis has qualifications in environmental assessment and policy, media and environmental design. He works across a range of product-oriented areas including Design for Sustainability, Life Cycle Thinking, Product Stewardship strategy and sustainability communications. He consults to a diverse range of clients related to commercial furniture, textiles, flooring, consumer electronics, business imaging and IT equipment. John is also the Executive Officer of Product Stewardship Australia Ltd (PSA), a ‘producer responsibility organization’ developing a national take-back scheme for end-of-life consumer electronics. PSA members include Sony, HiSense, Sharp, Panasonic, Philips and Sanyo. He is the contributing sustainability editor for InDesign Magazine, and serves as a sustainability judge for the Premier’s Design Awards (Victoria), Australian Interior Design Awards, Australasian Student Design Awards and the Australian International Design Awards (Excellence in Sustainable Design category).
With over 12 years of experience in the global ICT industy, Ashley Herring brings an impressive combination of technical, sales and commercial skills to WSP Digital. He has an extensive background in software engineering and commercialisation of innovative software products. Ashley holds degrees in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, and has a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
