The Synergy Conference, WSP’s biannual global conference for early career professionals, took place at the Beaumont House, Windsor, UK, from 30th October to 1st November 2008. Synergy brought together over 100 early career professionals from across our global business. This conference was organised by Taskforce.

The theme for this year’s Synergy conference was ‘Connect’, placing a focus on the importance of connections and relationships at every level including, but not limited to, peer-to-peer, business-to-business, region-to-region and consultant-to-client. It was also an opportunity to showcase WSP’s recent global achievements.

During Synergy outstanding individuals who exemplify the core values were also recognised through WSP’s Outstanding Staff Awards. Our Australian business had three nominations for these awards, Dean Stafford, John Cameron and the Online Solutions team.

The WSP Digital team were runners up in the category of Sustainability.  Congratulations to the WSP Digital team for demonstrating this important value in all that they do.
